Jacket Potato with Vietnamese Coleslaw

As I said before, all the things we made this term I have never heard of! Same with this 'jacket potato with Vietnamese coleslaw', when I first saw the recipe I was like what on Earth is that!!!?? It is literally my first time cooking that dish and I didn't really think it was my type of dish until we put the sour cream on the potato☺! So what if I ended up giving the coleslaw to my friends? I still devoured the potato and sour cream like it was a bucket of chocolate. I don't think I learnt anything new this lesson because cooking it required very basic skills.

Paprika Dusted Pita Chips with Salsa

When I started cooking this lesson, I had no idea of what to expect because I have never heard of 'paprika dusted pita chips' before and also I did not like salsa very much. After I saw the ingredients, my hopes raised as the chips looked really nice and after they were toasted, they smelled really good. Personally I don't like vegetables very much so when I made the salsa, I gave it mostly to my partner and just ate the pita chips on their own. It was delicious. Seriously this term in hospo, I have made things I have never heard of before which is a nice experience and I have enjoyed it very much. This post and the next post will be late because I had some trouble with my blog and couldn't upload for a while.

Orange Poppy Seed Muffins :)

Today in hospo we made orange poppy seed muffins. At first I wasn't too excited about it because I haven't heard about putting oranges in muffins. We ran out of time so we had to collect it after Middle School assembly but I didn't get to taste it because I had to leave for QG soccer. My partner said it tasted really good.
